What is the application process?

Once you have purchased your new The Frame TV from one of our resellers and received the invoice, click on the “Request Bezel” button. There, after providing the necessary information and uploading the invoice, the application process can be started. During the application, you will also be able to select the bezel that suits your TV.

Once you have submitted the required information, there is nothing further you need to do. Our colleagues will verify the information provided and will dispatch your chosen bezel as soon as possible.
